Description:
4.1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, 9-seater passenger car with four-wheel drive (4x4), intended for the transport of passengers in various road conditions, with additional equipment in the form of light and sound signals and a roof box.4.2. Place of implementation orders: the place of delivery of the subject of the order is the registered office of the Ordering Party.4.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order and Annex No. 5 to the SWZ Designed contractual provisions.4.4. The Ordering Party does not expect to set any requirements in terms of scope employment on the basis of an employment relationship in the circumstances referred to in Art. 95 Pzp. 4.5. The subject of the order was defined in an unambiguous and exhaustive manner, using sufficiently precise and understandable terms, taking into account all requirements and circumstances that may affect the preparation of the offer, by indication of objective technical and quality characteristics and standards specified in some places by example trademarks, patents or origin.
