A brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the delivery of a new agricultural tractor - 1 pcs along with the service and training of the contracting personnel. The agricultural tractor must be factory new, the year of production not older than 2020. The tractor must have documents enabling registration and movement of the vehicle on public roads in Poland. The tractor must be equipped with all installations and devices required for agricultural tractors, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 20 June 1997. - Road traffic law and Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on technical conditions of vehicles and their necessary equipment.
