Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 item from the factory new, from the production of 2024 or 2025, the BR700-710C4-11 air engine for G550 aircraft.
2. The Siller must be functional and unused, with full inter -aging and full technical resour, produced in accordance with the current one technical documentation of production and must meet the technical conditions set out in § 8 of the planned provisions of the contract and have a certificate of the engine type that is the subject of the contract issued by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
3. The perceived subject of the contract should be be properly protected against the loss of any utility values (preserved in accordance with
with engine documentation).
4. The order of the contract will be subject to a qualitative receipt by the District Military Representation in the scope and on the principles described in § 7 of the planned provisions contracts constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
5. The Contractor's Quality Management System should meet the requirements contained in PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015.
6. Until this The subject of the contract applies the requirements contained in AQAP 2131 ed. C version 1.
7. The Contractor will guarantee the subject of the contract na period of 5 years or 2500 hours product work or 2,500 cycles (depending on the first one), counting from the date of signing the acceptance protocol - the provision of the contractor and representatives of the recipient by representatives of the contractor and representatives.
