1. Pursuant to art. 13 para. 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of physical OSB in the area of processing personal data and on the free release of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Oglny Region about Data) (Journal of Laws of the EU L119 of 4 May 2016, p. 1; hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), we inform you that: 1) the administrator of your personal data is the president of the Midzigmnine Waste Management of Municipal Waste Management Sp. z o.o., Janczyce 50, 27-552 Bakowice; 2) the administrator will appoint a personal data inspector, z which is in contact with the e-mail address: iod@czi24.pl; 3) Your personal data processed will be based on art. 6 para. 1 lit.
