Description:
The subject of the plan is a factory delivery of a new bus, in the configuration of 15 seats + 1st place of the driver + 15 standing places, adapted to transport 1 person on a disability (in the case of transporting a person at an disability, the number of available seats can not be less than less than 15, and available standing places must be not less than 11). A certified plowing rail for its attachment/ anchoring (for 1 disability, 4 points for invalid attachment, belts security adapted to the needs of OSB for disability. SI on public roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws z 2024, item December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502 of pn. d.).
