The subject of the order is described in detail in: 1) Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (hereinafter: "OPZ"); 2) Significant contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as "IPU"). 2.The ordering party describing the item contract used the following codes and names specified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 66114000-2 Operating leasing services 43212000-2 Angle dozers 34138000-3Road tracked vehicles 43300000-6 Construction machinery and equipment 3. The insurance of the subject of the order is the responsibility of the Ordering Party. 4. The Ordering Party informs that the leased item will be insured in accordance with market standards in the scope of: a) specialized insurance for construction machinery, which will include: covers all losses involving the loss of the insured item, its damage or destruction as a result of a sudden, unforeseeable cause beyond the control of the policyholder (CASCO MASZYN CPM). b) compulsory civil liability insurance motor vehicle owners (third party liability insurance ppm). 5. The Ordering Party confirms that the Financing Party is the owner of the vehicle as the Insured in the concluded insurance contracts.
