The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, training of the Ordering Party's staff and servicing of one brand new electric truck intended for waste collection (hereinafter also referred to as the vehicle or car).2. Offered the car must be brand new, manufactured no earlier than 2026, and free from physical and legal defects.3.
