- Task No. 1 Delivery of an agricultural trailer, three-way tipper, 6 tons, 1 pc.:1) The agricultural trailer must be brand new, year of production not older than 2025 and with technical parameters described in Chapter C of the SWZ. 2) The trailer must have documents enabling registration and movement public roads in Poland. The trailer must be equipped with all installations and devices in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Law and the Act of April 14, 2023 on approval systems for vehicles and their equipment, full technical and operational instructions in Polish, warranty books, service books, CE safety certificates (declarations of conformity) all documents must be translated into Polish.3) Together with the delivery of the trailer, the Contractor must provide all instructions, warranty card or book, information on periodic service inspections, detailed instructions for use and maintenance of the equipment, service book and other required documents, allowing the Ordering Party to operate the trailer in accordance with Polish law.
