Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of one brand new light reconnaissance and rescue vehicle for the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Gdynia.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order, containing the minimum requirements technical and operational specifications for the subject of the order and Annex No. 5 to the SWZ Draft contract, specifying detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract.3. Place of delivery and actual (final) acceptance: if the Contractor's registered office is located in Poland, the actual acceptance will take place at the registered office Contractors. If the Contractor's registered office is located outside Poland, the actual acceptance will take place at the Ordering Party's registered office.4. The actual acceptance will be preceded by a technical and quality acceptance, which will take place at the Contractor's headquarters. Number of representatives of the Ordering Party: minimum technical and quality acceptance 2 people, actual acceptance - minimum 2 people.5.
