Description:
Pursuant to the provisions of the procedure under the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes:
(1) to provide the Ordering Party 4 (in words: four) buses of the M3 Class II buses, with a length from 09.00 to 11, with an electric drive. A detailed description, equipment, appearance and parameters of vehicles remainedSetted in SWZ and in the offer (hereinafter: "buses"),
(2) together with the delivery, transfer the full catalog of spare parts to buses (in paper form and on an electronic medium),
(3) conduct training for employees of the ordering party, responsible for servicing buses, and as a result giveAuthorization for bus warranty repairs (hereinafter: "Service training") and conduct training for employees of the Employer, responsible for running buses (hereinafter: "Utility training"), whose detailed description, scope, conditions of the place of conduct and the duration of the pageThey determined in SWZ;
(4) to deliver and install two two -three -legged mobile electric bus charging stations with at least 80 kW. A detailed description, appearance and parameters of chargers have been set in SWZ (hereinafter "charging stations" or "charger").Contractor:
(1) undertakes to deliver 4 pieces of electric buses offered in proceedings 2/EU/2025 to the seat of the Miejski Zakład Miatjacne Zakład Komunikacyjne sp. Z o. O. In Żagań, at ul.
