Description:
1. The procedure for awarding a sectoral contract is conducted in the form of an open tender pursuant to the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019. (Journal of Laws, item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law. 2. The subject of the order is: Delivery of brand new mining refrigeration equipmenth and climatic conditions for the Branches of Polska Grupa Gornicza S.A. divided into tasks. A detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter SOPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
Task No. 1: Delivery of direct-acting refrigeration devices with an open circuit with a cooling capacity of min. 300 kW
Taskproject no. 2: Delivery of direct-acting refrigeration devices with an open circuit with a cooling capacity of min. 350 kW
Task No. 3: Delivery of air coolers with a cooling capacity of min. 300 kW
Task No. 4: Delivery of air coolers with a cooling capacity of min. 400 kW
Task No. 5: Delivery of evaporative coolersh of water with a cooling capacity of min. 450 kW
