- 3.1. The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new (manufactured not earlier than in 2023) multi-operational machines of the Harvester type, item 1 and Forwarder type, item 1.
3.2.Detailed description of the subject of the contract.
1) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1a and 1b to SWZ
2) Additional information:
a. The minimum required warranty period - 24 months from the date of handing over the subject of the contract.
B. Payment deadline - up to 21 days.
C. The contractor will be obliged to conduct the following training:
- theoretical training from service and operation, current repairs and inspectioneach machine for no more than 8 employees of the Ordering Party, which will take place at the Ordering Party's premises (at least 8 hours in total);
- initial training for operators (no more than 8 people) on a dedicated certified forestry machine simulator (at least 7 hours for person) lead itzone at the Contractor's seat, which will be equipped with the necessary training materials / simulation
