Description:
1. The subject of this fall is the delivery of a brand new passenger car in the form of operational lease from the purchase option. 2. The Contractor will undertake to perform the fall in accordance with the scope and requirements indicated in the description of the subject of the pollination, the above 1 to SWZ, with the validIn this respect, the provisions and norms, the current level of technical knowledge and the planned provisions of the contract, as well as at the redemption of due diligence. 3. Detailed requirements, scope of pollution and applications and conditions for implementation specify the designed provisions of the contract on the pollpublic, which constitutes an affiliate No. 6 to SWZ.4. As part of this Classification, the Contractor is obliged to include for the delivery of a passenger car. The Contractor bears all costs of transport, flawing and insurance of the subject of the contract to the place of receipt at the Ordering Party.
