- 1) The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of brand new power generators, year of production 2026 or 2025, acceptable year of production 2024, i.e. a power generator with a rated power from 18 kW to 32 kW, a total of 3 pieces.2) The offered generators do not have to be identical in terms of power and technical parameters, but must be within the power parameters specified above in the total quantity indicated.3) Detailed description of the subject of the order and other information regarding the subject of the order and the conditions of its implementation are included in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Appendix No. 6 to this ToR and in the draft (template) of the contract constituting Attachment No. 5 to this ToR. The specified technical and warranty parameters should be treated as minimum.
