Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new power generators along with equipment for the needs of population protection and civil defense of the Dobre Miasto Commune, in accordance with the requirements and on the terms indicated in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 7 to SWZ.2. The supplied equipment must: 1) be brand new, undamaged, free from defects, complete, fully technically functional, suitable for proper operation in accordance with the functional scope and purpose, 2) is the sole property of the Contractor and is free from the rights and claims of third parties, 3) has all the permits required by law for use and admission to trading.3. By submitting an offer, the Contractor undertakes to perform the order in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order and this ToR. 4.
