3. The order in question is a sectoral order within the meaning of Art. 7 point 35) of the Public Procurement Law
Delivery of DDP (according to Incoterms 2010) the Ordering Party's warehouses of idlers for difficult working conditions in a dusty environment and a belt speed of at least 3.15 m/s in explosion hazard zonesmethane and coal dust in an assortment consistent with the list constituting Annex 4.1 to SWZ
1. The subject of the order is the supply of DDP (according to Incoterms 2010) of the Ordering Party's warehouses of brand new rollers for belt conveyors operating in the mining plant according to SWZ specifications, divided into dof the task.
