Description:
2. The subject of the contract is the delivery of factory new (year of production 2025), unused, not demonstration vehicle of type C sanitary ambulances above 3.5t with equipment for WSPR SPZOZ in Łomża. The order includes the supply of vehicles in the number of 2 pcs.
3. Among the order provides for a quantitative option, which consists in additional delivery of the identity ambulance with described in paragraph. 1, in the number 1 pc. Conditions specifying the type and maximum value of the options, as well as the circumstances of using the options were included in the planned provisions of the contract, constituting an attachment No. 3 to SWZ.
4. Detailed technical requirements for base vehicles as well as medical compartment (medical buildings) and ambulance equipment which are the subject of both the basic and law covered by the law, is set out in Annex 2 to SWZ. Method of implementation object Orders were described in detail in Annex 3 to SWZ.
5. The order of the contract must be free from any physical and legal defects, approved for trading on the basis of applicable law, in particular, it corresponds to the requirements of current Polish Standards PN-EN 1789 and PN-EN 1865 or equivalent norms, because in accordance with art. 36 para. 2 of the Act of September 8, 2006 on the State Emergency Medical Service (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 91, as amended), a specialist means of sanitary transport (ambulance) must meet the technical and qualitative features specified in Polish N...
