Description:
The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Poddębice Forestry Inspectorate of a brand new set of forestry machines intended for harvesting and skidding timber, forwarder type (overhead skidder - 1 item) and harvester type (multi-operational felling and limbing machine - 1 item).not earlier than in the fourth quarter of 2022 or in 2023 to the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the territory of the Republic of Poland and training of staff in the field of operation and provision of post-warranty service. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 2to SWZ.
In these proceedings, the Employer refrains from dividing the contract into parts.
