Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new spare parts for buses of Miejski Zakład Komunikacji Społka z o.o. in Koszalin during the term of the contract. The range and quantity of spare parts are included in Annex No. 1a, Annex No. 1b, Annex No. 1c, Annex No. 1d, Annex 1e and Annex 1f to the offer.
2. The subject of the contract consists of six tasks that may be performed jointly or separately, i.e.:
1) Task 1 - Delivery of spare parts for MAN buses (in accordance with Annex No. 1a);
2)Task 2 - Delivery of spare parts for SCANIA buses (in accordance with Annex No. 1b);
3) Task 3 - Delivery of spare parts for VOLVO buses (in accordance with Annex No. 1c);
4) Task 4 - Delivery of car accessories (in accordance with Annex No. 1d);
5) Task 5 - Delivery of parts for braking, air conditioning and heating systems (in accordance with Annex No. 1e).
6) Task 6 - Delivery of wheel rims for MAN, SCANIA and VOLVO buses (in accordance with Annex 1f).
3. By car accessories, the Ordering Party understands those elements that are used to repair various types of buses, without indicating a specific brand.
4. Ordering Party requires that the Contractor:
