1. The subject of the public procurement is the supply of brand new spare parts for locomotives suspended with a combustion drive, type DZ 80, operating in underground mining plants extracting hard coal in rooms at risk of methane and coal dust explosions.
2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to freely choose the individual spare parts to be ordered under the Agreement concluded with the Contractor.
In other positions, the quantity "1 pc" will be inserted. (Appendix No. 4 to SWZ - Additional price list). These quantities provided solely for the purpose of evaluating individual offers. The actual number of deliveries of parts, components and materials carried out on the basis of the future Agreement concluded with the selected Contractor will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party, and the total net value of the parts spare parts, components and materials ordered by the Ordering Party may not exceed the maximum net value of the Agreement for the entire period of its duration nor may it be lower than 30% of the maximum net value of the Agreement. The maximum net value of the contract is equal to the net value of the offer in terms of the price list basic. The Agreement will be concluded for a fixed period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
