Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new tank, made entirely of acid-resistant steel (AISI 304), for transporting drinking water with a capacity of not less than 5,000 liters (five thousand liters) and not more than 6,000 liters (six thousand liters).2. Tanker on an agricultural chassis, brand new (tanker and chassis), year of production of the tank and chassis, maximum 2024 (not older than 2024).3. A tanker for transporting drinking water must have a CE declaration of conformity (a declaration by the manufacturer or his authorized representative stating that the product complies with the essential requirements in accordance with art. 5 section 10 of the Act of August 30, 2002 on the conformity assessment system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215) and the National Institute of Hygiene certificate confirming that the tanker is approved for the transport, storage and distribution of water intended for human consumption in emergency situations.4. The tanker must comply Polish and European safety requirements and requirements for driving on public roads in accordance with the provisions of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law.5.
