Scope of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the supply of brand new tires along with service for the needs of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Cleaning Spółka z o.o. in Krakow at 1 Nowohucka Street. 2. Detailed description of the item the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The minimum quality warranty period required by the Ordering Party for the subject of this order in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Place of delivery of the subject of the order: -Database of the Municipal Purification Company Limited liability company, ul. Nowohucka 1, 31 - 580 Kraków; -Registered office of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Cleaning Spółka z o. o., ul. Barska 12, 30-307 Kraków; -Barycz Ecological Center, ul. Krzemieniecka 40, 30-694 Kraków; -Municipal Waste Recycling Center, Plant Plastics Recycling, ul. Igołomska 17A, 31-983 Kraków 5. Deadline for completing the subject of the order: 12 months from the date of signing the contract - subject to the changes provided for in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers partial. 7. The Ordering Party reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks. The key parts of the order mean the implementation of the scope of the subject of the order referred to in points 2 and 3 of Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, i.e. service service including the provision of tire disassembly, assembly and repair services using a mobile service, carried out 24 hours a day in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, and the provision of tire repair services for the needs of the Ordering Party....
