- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new towed airport cleaning machines with a tractor unit in the years 2024-2026 in accordance with the order documents.
2. The terms and conditions of the order are specified in the order documents (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract(hereinafter: PPU)).
3. The description of the subject of the order and the detailed requirements for the subject of the order are specified in the order documents (Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Operational and Technical Requirements (hereinafter: WET)).
4. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right in quantities and termsin the manner specified in the procurement documents (PPU).
5. As part of the guaranteed (basic) order, the Ordering Party intends to obtain the following quantities of the subject of the order:
a) in 2024 - 3 sets;
b) in 2025 - 3 sets;
c) in 2026 - 5 sets
5. Under the option law, the Ordering Party intends to obtainspecify the following quantities of the subject of the order:
a) in 2024 - up to 2 sets;
b) in 2025 - up to 2 sets;
c) in 2026 - up to 4 sets
