1. Subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new tracked bulldozer intended for work at a landfill, in the form of operational leasing.
2. Basic requirements regarding the subject of delivery: the crawler bulldozer cannot be a prototype, it must come from mass production and meet the applicable regulations in Poland standards and legal regulations. Brand new machine, year of manufacture not older than 2025, free from design, material, workmanship and legal defects.
3. Basic requirements regarding leasing conditions:
a) leasing settled in Polish zlotys;
b)variable leasing installments;
c) leasing period: 60 months;
d) initial fee value: 10% of the net price plus VAT;
e) redemption value/final fee: 1% of the net price plus VAT;
f) the contractor is obliged to provide in the offer the total gross price for the execution of the order, including the value of:
- initial deposit (10%)
- 59 variable monthly installments (including other costs and fees related to transportation, service during the warranty period, etc.)
- purchase of the leased item (1%)
g) The contractor is obliged to include all leasing costs in the offer price.
