Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new agricultural tractor to the Biebrza National Park.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope of the contractor's obligations were specified in the attachments to the specification of the terms of the contract, including In the planned provisionscontracts and documents indicated in this SWZ, describing the subject of the contract.
3. Wherever in SWZ and attachments there are terms indicating trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a special process that characterizes the product or services provided byA specific contractor, it is assumed that such an indication is accompanied by the words "or equivalent", and the contracting authority allows the possibility for contractors to offer products, materials or equivalent.
4. Wherever the contracting authority describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards,technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, it is assumed that such a reference is accompanied by "or equivalent" words, and the contracting authority allows equivalent solutions described.
5. The contractor who appointsto equivalent solutions, he is obliged to show that the solution he offers meets the requirements set by the contracting authority. In this case, the Contractor attach to the offer a list of equivalent solutions along with its description or standards.
