Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new specialist truck with a two -chamber garbage truck on the basis of a leasing contract. 2. Leasing conditions: 1) operational leasing. 2) currency- PLN. 3) the interest rate. 4) leasing period- 60 months. 5) Leasing fees: a) initial Leasing fee in the amount of 20% of the initial value of the subject of the contract (complete vehicle), b) 59 equal monthly leasing installments, c) fee for the purchase of the subject of the lease (redemption/final value)- 1% of the initial value of the subject of the contract (complete vehicle). 6) if the provisions of the contract in the public procurement and this description of the subject of the contract are too general and it is necessary to conclude a separate leasing contract, the contracting authority agrees to the conclusion of such a contract on the standard template used by the Contractor, with the proviso that the provisions of such a contract may not be contrary to the SWZ and the public procurement agreement (in the event of contradiction, the provisions of the contract No. TP/to/4/2025 with attachments shall apply. The "leasing contract" should therefore be understood as a leasing contract on a standard template used by the Contractor in the event of signing her by parties or a public procurement contract No. TP/To/4/2025, if the parties do not sign an additional contract regulating the leasing conditions. 3.
