Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new specialized truck with a two-compartment garbage truck body based on an installment sales agreement. Payments will be made in 15 equal monthly installments. 2. Ownership of the vehicle will be transferred from the Contractor to the Ordering Party on the day of delivery of the vehicle (after signing the delivery and acceptance protocol by authorized representatives of the Parties). 3. Vehicle delivery conditions: 1) The Contractor will deliver the vehicle to the Ordering Party to the City Cleaning Plant, which is located in Legnica (59-220) at ul. Nowodworska 48. The vehicle delivered to the Ordering Party should be technically efficient. 2) On the day of delivery of the vehicle, the Contractor should provide the Ordering Party with appropriate documentation regarding the vehicle: a) Documentation technical documentation in Polish for the complete vehicle, b) Owner's manual in Polish for the complete vehicle, c) Warranty and service book in Polish (confirmation of the offered warranty for the chassis and bodywork), d) Complete documentation allowing the registration of the vehicle in accordance with applicable law, including the European EC type-approval certificate (the so-called EC certificate of conformity) for a complete or completed vehicle and the vehicle card, e) Engine approval certificate meeting EURO VI standard. 4.
