Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a factory new (year of production 2025) of a truck with a hook device and a trailer for transporting DIN 30722 containers, to the "Orla Staw" municipal waste disposal plant, which is owned by the municipal union of the commune "Clean City, Czysta Commune.
2. Description of the subject of the contract, description of the Employer's requirements in the scope of implementation and acceptance is determined by:
- description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to SWZ,
- planned provisions of the contract - Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. The contractor remains bound by the offer until November 16, 2025.
4. The Employer will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest assessed, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
