Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new truck with a single-bucket garbage truck body in the form of operational leasing (3-axle vehicle) with a purchase option.
2. Leasing terms:
a) currency: PLN
b) variable interest rate
c) leasing period: 48 months
d) leasing fees:
- oinitial payment in the amount of 30% of the value of the subject of the contract
- 47 equal monthly leasing installments
- redemption value (final value) in the amount of 1% of the value of the subject of the contract
e) interest part of the leasing installment based on a variable interest rate depending on the WIBOR 1M index. The interest rate may sshould be changed only in connection with the change of the WIBOR 1M index.
3. All requirements regarding vehicle parameters are specified in Annex No. 2 to SWZ - description of the subject of the order.
