Description:
3.1 The subject of the order is the delivery to SPZZOZ of the Municipal Ambulance Station from the Outpatient Clinic in Sopot of a brand new one with no operational mileage, with the production date of the vehicle completed in 2025, a type C road ambulance with a container body in accordance with harmonized Polish standards PN-EN 1789+A1/2011 or equivalent (ambulance type C) in the scope appropriate to the subject (scope) of the proceedings being conducted.3.2 An ambulance meeting the scope appropriate to the subject of the proceedings being conducted should have a certificate/protocol confirming the successfully conducted durability tests (comprehensive crash tests of the entire body) performed by a notified body in accordance with the PN-EN 1789+A1/2011 standard or equivalent. The supplier should provide the date of issue of the certificate/protocol, the number and name of the unit that carried out the tests (crash tests): document number, date of issue, name of the notified body that carried out the tests.3.3 Vehicle prepared for one-stage registration with a set of documents allowing it to road traffic in Poland. 3.4 The offered ambulance should meet the requirements specified in the standard PN...
