- 1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of bread and confectionery to the Police School in Piła in an approximate amount of 27,420 kg.
2. The gibbal description of the subject of the contract and a full list of the assortment being the subject of delivery and the estimated number of ordered products were given in the specificationassortment and numerous, which is Annex 2 to SWZ. This attachment is part of the offer, and therefore must be submitted with the form of the form provided for the offer. The quantities given are estimated and do not oblige the contracting authority to buy products in these quantities.
3. On the basis of art.433 item 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority reserves the right to fail to realize the subject of the contract worth up to 50% of the total gross remuneration. There is no financial and legal claims due to the non -realization of part of the order.
4. Dotting, unloading and bringing the objectOrders will be carried out at the contractor's expense, calculated in the price of the products covered by the public procurement contract.
5. The subject of the subject of the contract will be carried out by means of transporting the contractor allowed for food transport.
6. The contractor is obliged to have a current onecertificate of entry in the register of plants subject to official control of the competent authorities - in accordance with the Act of 25 August 2006 on food safety and nutrition (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448) or a current administrative decision on entry in the company's register... - Documents:
