Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of bread and confectionery to kindergartens and schools, for which the city of Minsk Mazowiecki is a lead body. The subject of the order was divided into eleven parts:
1) Delivery of bread and confectionery to the City Kindergarten No. 1 in Mińsk Mazowiecki;
2) Delivery of bread and confectionery to the City Kindergarten No. 3 in Mińsk Mazowiecki;
3) delivery of bread and confectionery to the municipal kindergarten with the Special Department and Integration Department No. 4 in Mińsk Mazowiecki;
4) Delivery of bread and products confectionery to the City Kindergarten No. 5 in Mińsk Mazowiecki;
5) delivery of bread and confectionery to the City Kindergarten No. 6 in Mińsk Mazowiecki;
6) Delivery of bread and confectionery to the School and Preschool Complex No. 1 in Minsk Mazowiecki.
School and Preschool Complex No. 1 consists of two facilities:
Szkolna 3, 05-300 Minsk Mazowiecki,
Dąbrowki, ul. Dąbrowki 10, 05-300 Mińsk Mazowiecki;
7) Delivery of bread and confectionery to Primary School No. 1 Nicolaus Copernicus in Mińsk Mazowiecki;
8) delivery bread and confectionery for Primary School No. 3 John Paul II in Mińsk Mazowiecki;
