- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of bread, fresh bakery and confectionery products. 2. Requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and other tender documentation, which will be posted on the website of the ongoing proceedings https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option in the proceedings in question. The optional value of the Agreement is the maximum value, and its failure (in full or parts) cannot constitute the basis for the Contractor to pursue any claims in this respect. Optional deliveries may be made only with the consent of the Ordering Party, in the quantities indicated by him, at the applicable unit prices, within the period of implementation (validity) of the Agreement.
