The subject of the order is the delivery of bread divided into 2 parts:
part 1-Delivery of bread to the external unit in Strzelce Opolskie
(ul. Klonowa 3, 47-100 Strzelce Opolskie);
Part 2-Delivery of bread to Penal Factory No. 1 in Strzelce Opolskie
(ul. Karola Miarki 1, 47-100 StrzelceOpolskie)
part 1-Delivery of bread to the external unit in Strzelce Opolskie (ul. Klonowa 3, 47-100 Strzelce Opolskie)
1. Wheat bread - chopped, packed in foil, from bread wheat flour, without enhancers, weight of one loaf: 0.350 kg. The crumb should not have signs of viscosity,moisture, lumps, mold, deforming, dirt, burning. Features of the crumb: elastic plump consistency combined with the skin. The skin of the right color, shiny, without cracking, combined with crumb. On each loaf (packaging) attached shelf life and composition. EstimatedMonthly demand: about 6,300 kg. Daily delivery: from 190 kg to 260 kg. The shelf life is not less than 4 days from the date of delivery. The quality of art. Food cannot differ from Polish standards. Quantity - 37,800 kg;
2. Wholemeal bread - chopped, packed in foil, made of mixed wholemeal flour,No enhancers, the weight of one loaf: 0.350 kg.
