- Delivery of breathing apparatus for the implementation of civil protection and civil defense tasks1. The subject of the order is the supply of breathing apparatus (8 pieces) for the implementation of civil protection and civil defense tasks in 20252. The item of delivery referred to in point 1 of this Chapter: 1) must be factory-made new, fully functional, without physical or legal defects; 2) it cannot have been previously used or exploited; 3) it must meet technical, legal and operational requirements, have appropriate technical approvals and certificates detailed in the OPZ, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the specifications. 3. Detailed description the subject of the order was specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. The contractor is obliged to offer a 24-month quality warranty for the devices respiratory.
