4.1. The subject of the fall is the successive delivery of Amana aggregate with granulation 0-31.5 mm, i.e. the purchase, along with adapter, transport, aggregate reset on the roads in the commune of Jzefw on Wis.4.2. The scope of delivery includes: a) Basic scope: Successive delivery of 4,000 Amana's tanks with granulation 0-31.5 mm in the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the entire Jzefw Commune on the WIST, with the minimum size of the experience is 200 tons/day b) scope Opted by the right: Successive delivery of up to 2,000 tons of Amana aggregate with granulation 0-31.5 mm in place indicated by the Ordering Party in the area Municipalities Jzefw on Wis.4.2.1. The supplied aggregate will have certificates or manufacturer's declarations confirming the PN-EN 13242+A1: 2010 standard or rawn for road aggregates, which should be delivered after the contract is concluded. 4.2.2. Aggregate will be delivered by self -administrative cars in quantity and place indicated by Ordering (in the commune of Jzefw nad Wis). 4.2.3.
