- The subject of the order is the supply of building materials and electrical products for the needs of the Faculty of Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology.
1) The subject of the contract was divided into 2 parts:
A. part 1 order applies to building materials.
b. Part 2 of the order concerns electrical products.
2) The list of ordered articles is included in the assortment and price forms:
A. part 1 order - building materials, i.e. Annex 1A to the offer form being Annex 1 to SWZ and is its integral part.
B. part 2 orders - electrical products, i.e. Annex 1B to the offer form being Annex 1 to SWZ and is an integral part of it
3) all supplied materials constituting the subject of the contract must be brand new, delivered to the Employer in the manufacturer's original packaging, they must have on the packaging External logo and manufacturer's name as well as a description of the content in Polish, have intact features of the original packaging.
4) the place of delivery of ordered articles indicates:
A. part 1 order - building materials, i.e. Annex 1C to the offer form, which is Annex 1 to SWZ and is its integral part.
B. 4 orders - electrical products, i.e. Annex 1D to the offer form being Annex 1 to SWZ and constitutes an integral part of it
