• 1. The subject of the order is the supply of small construction materials, carpentry materials, metal construction products, the order is divided into 3 parts: a) Part 1, delivery of small construction materials.2. The delivered goods will be brand new, delivered in packaging protecting against quantitative and qualitative changes.3. The contractor provides at least 12-month warranty for the delivered goods, counting from the date of receipt of the goods by the Ordering Party, provided that the warranty period granted by the Contractor will not be shorter than the warranty period provided by the manufacturer of the goods.4. The Contractor is liable to the Ordering Party and third parties for damage caused in connection with placing the goods on the market.5. Delivery of goods takes place at the expense and risk of the Contractor.6. The delivery should be made on the Ordering Party's working days from Monday to Friday (working days), except for public holidays falling within this period at 8.00 14.00.7.
