- 1) the subject of the order is delivery to the ordering party's warehouse, located at ul. ZwyciΔstwa in Εwiecie in the Czerwionka Leszczyny commune, bulk road salt with an anti-caking agent for winter maintenance of roads, i.e. spreading and combating winter slipperiness; 2) the contractor is obliged to provide road salt in batches according to the ordering party's needs in the period from the conclusion of the contract to December 19, 2025; the amount of salt supplies will depend on the prevailing weather conditions; the ordering party forecasts the maximum order quantity at 500 tons; the minimum guaranteed scope of deliveries is 400 t;3) delivered by road must meet the following parameters: a) chemical composition: sodium chloride NaCl - min. 90.00%, K4Fe(CN)6 anti-caking agent - min. 20.00 mg/kg, water H2O - max. 3.00%, parts insoluble in water - max. 8.00%;b) grain size: uniform, fraction 0 - 6 mm, sieving size on the upper sieve 6 mm max. 10%,c) product form crystalline, loose; d) other requirements for salt are included in the standard PN-86/C-84081/02.4) the salt offered must have a current opinion of the Road and Bridge Research Institute stating its suitability for winter maintenance of roads and a current certificate Pa...
