Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new 20-seater (19 passengers + driver) bus adapted to transport disabled people, including at least 2 people in wheelchairs. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ - Detailed description of the subject of the order. 2. The minimum requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the quality guarantee of the offered car: minimum warranty period of 24 months, without mileage limit. The warranty period will start from the date signing the vehicle acceptance protocol without any reservations. The warranty granted for the bus entitles the Ordering Party to receive free removal of vehicle defects identified and reported to the Contractor during the warranty period. Defects are considered to be overt or hidden characteristics inherent in the subject of the order or in any of its elements, causing the impossibility of using or using the subject of the order in accordance with its intended purpose, reducing the value of the subject of the order, reducing the degree of usefulness of the subject of the order, reducing quality or other damage to the subject of the order.
