The subject of the order is the delivery of MAXI and Mega combustion buses implemented in the form of financial leasing for the Municipal Transport Company in Bielsko-Biała Sp. z o.o. - broken down into 2 (two) parts of the order, namely:
part 1 of the order - delivery of 15 busesMaxi class with internal combustion drive
part 2 of the order - delivery of 4 pieces of mega -combined mega class buses

1. The contracting authority will apply the procedure referred to in Article
139 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law (i.e. the so -called inverted procedure). 2.
