- The subject of the order is the delivery and delivery of calendars for 2026, administrative and office items, covers for diplomas and signs for signature into documents divided into 3 tasks:
Task No. 1 - calendars for 2026
Task No. 2-administrative and office articles
Task No. 3 - Cover for diplomas, folders
The requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ- Description of the subject of the contract, which will be posted on the website of the conducted procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog.
The contracting authority provides for the right of options In the proceedings:
441 of the PZP Act. The implementation of the right of the option, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, will consist in increasing the subject of the contract, as described in the subject of the contract, up to 100 % of the contract value basic.
2. The order specified in the optional order will be carried out by the Contractor with whom the contract was concluded on the basic order on the principles and according to the unit prices set out in the basic order.
3. The Ordering Party will notify the Contractor to what extent he will be obliged Make an order specified in the optional order. The implementation of the optional part will be carried out on the basis of a declaration of will of the contracting authority expressed in the form of a written order.
