Description:
1 As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to:
a) the delivery of the medical apparatus constituting the subject of the contract together with the documents required in SWZ to the headquarters of the Ordering Party,
b) assembly of medical apparatusin the place indicated by the Employer,
c) installation and launch of medical apparatus and confirmation of the efficiency of the supplied devices,
d) conducting instructions for the Employer's personnel in the field of operation and rational operation of the supplied medical apparatus,
e) delivery together withMedical equipment of the user manual in Polish in electronic and paper versions, warranty cards, technical documentation necessary for the proper operation of the apparatus, rules for providing services by an authorized service in post -warranty period, list of useful materialsused in the current operation of the subject of the contract, the remaining documentation required by law, the implementation of the remaining conditions set out in SWZ.contracts together with the documents required in SWZ to the headquarters of the Ordering Party,
b) assembly of the medical apparatus in the place indicated by the Employer,
c) installation and launch of medical apparatus and confirmation of the efficiency of the supplied devices,
