Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of cameras:
part 1 - Camera for cryolesia - 1 pc.
Part 2 - the thermolenic apparatus - 1 pcs.
2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contractto the seat of the Ordering Party,
b) assembly of the medical apparatus in the place indicated by the Employer,
c) installation and launch of medical apparatus and confirmation of the efficiency of the supplied devices,
d) conducting instruction of the personnel of the ordering person in the field of operation and rational operationprovided medical apparatus,
e) providing the operating instructions in Polish in electronic and paper versions, warranty cards, technical documentation necessary for the proper operation of the apparatus, rules for providing services by an authorized service in the periodpost -warranty, list of useful materials used in the current operation of the subject of the contract, the remaining documentation required by law, the implementation of the other conditions set out in SWZ.to:
a) the delivery of the medical apparatus constituting the subject of the contract together with the documents required in SWZ to the headquarters of the Employer,
b) assembly of medical apparatus in the place indicated by the Employer,
