KRDKS Description of the order of the order: The subject of the decision is the delivery of a car-microbus to transport max. 9 persons with a driver. The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish traffic regulations with takes into account requirements for privileged vehicles, i.e.:, Road traffic law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 110) together with the implementing provisions to the Act , Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws 2016, item 2022). The adaptive changes of the vehicle on the assembly of the equipment may not cause loss and restrictions on the factory warranty., A particular description of the order of the order shall also specify a description of the order of the order No. 3 to the SWZ and the REGULT OF THE AGREEMENT.
