Description:
The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Delivery of a car as part of a task carried out by the Ory Commune resulting from the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program. The task will consist in the delivery of a brand new vehicle in accordance with the minimum requirements specified in Annex No. 4 to SWZ. The scope of the order also includes training conducted by the Contractor in the use of equipment for at least 2 representatives of the Ordering Party. The training will be conducted at the Ordering Party's premises during the technical and quality acceptance. All repairs during the warranty period warranty and replacement of consumables will be carried out by the Contractor or an authorized service center at the Contractor's expense. The subject of the order must be brand new, free from defects, made of materials that meet operational safety and health protection requirements and have the required certificates, certificates and declarations of conformity - to the extent resulting from applicable legal provisions for a given type of product.12.2.
