Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a new car to service the Commune of Tomaszw Mazowiecki. Minimum requirements: 1) quantity: one vehicle, 2) the offered car must be brand new, unregistered, unused, not subject to any repairs, from production not older than 2024, of full value, complete, free from defects, including construction, material, workmanship and legal defects, and must also meet the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, including those resulting from the Road Traffic Law and implementing regulations, 3) the car is adapted for right-hand traffic (driver on the left side), 4) the car cannot be encumbered with any obligation or property rights in favor of third parties or entities, it is not subject to any enforcement or court proceedings or proceedings before any adjudicating body and is not the subject of security features,5) the car is to be adapted for year-round operation in the atmospheric conditions of climate zones corresponding to the EU,6) warranty period for the vehicle is 60 months,7) warranty period for the bodywork is 24 months,8) instructions obs...
