Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a car wash - a disinfectant to containers and a litter box for the needs of the central sterilizer in the location of CSK UCK WUM.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract constitute Annex 2 to SWZ - a form of technical parameters.
3. The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract as indicated in the order, to: Central Hospital Clinical, ul. Banacha 1a, 02-097 Warsaw
4. The warranty for the assortment covered by the subject of the contract is one of the criteria for the evaluation of offers. The warranty date was indicated in Chapter XII. The minimum warranty date is 24 months, the maximum warranty date is 36 months.
5. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract were also included in the planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which will be introduced into the content of this contract, constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.
