- 1. The subject of this procedure is to award an order for successive deliveries of carbonated and non-carbonated non-alcoholic drinks from the selected manufacturer in these proceedings, as well as advertising and promotion of these drinks and the manufacturer's brand ensuring preferential treatment of P.G.K. facilities Term Uniejów Sp. z o. o. in Uniejów. 1.1Restaurant at swimming pools; 2. Maximum value of purchases of carbonated and non-carbonated drinks during the term of the contract - will amount to PLN 1,280,000.00 net. 3. Drinks non-alcoholic drinks referred to above include in particular: - carbonated mineral waters in packages: glass 0.33 l and plastic 0.5 l; - other carbonated drinks in packages: glass 0.2 l and plastic 0.5 l; - still mineral waters in packaging: glass 0.33l and plastic 0.5l; - other non-carbonated drinks in packages: glass 0.2l and plastic 0.5l; - fresh fruit juices in packages: glass 0.2l, plastic 0.33l and 1l; - beverage concentrates carbonated for pourers in containers: 5l and 20l; - isotonic drinks in 0.25l packages; - adrenaline drinks in 0.5l packages. 4. It is not allowed to submit offers that do not include all the items listed in the price form. 5. Contractor undertakes to provide the Ordering Party with a one-time remuneration for advertising and promoting carbonated non-alcoholic drinks and non-carbonated drinks of a selected manufacturer at P.G.K. facilities.
