The subject of the order is the delivery of a cardiomonitor, defibrillator and apparatusECG as part of the project entitled "Support for outpatient specialist care and treatment in one -day mode at the Oncology Center of the Lublin Land of the Saint John of Dukla by purchasing medical equipment and medical equipment in order to achieve full functionality
and full -profile protection,highly specialized diagnostics and treatment of oncological patients. "

part 1 - cardiomonitor - 1 set
part 2 - defibrillator - 1 setmedical apparatus constituting the subject of the contract together with the documents required in SWZ to the headquarters of the Ordering Party;
